1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped daily. As we work with in-stock items, your order can be prepared quickly.

The company has a maximum of 4 business days to hand over the order to the carrier, starting from the receipt of payment.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, and Spain.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €70 within Belgium. Free shipping on orders over €100 for all other available countries.

4. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. At this time, we only offer home delivery.

We work with reliable carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. The selected carrier may vary depending on the destination and logistical circumstances.

5. Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.

6. Delivery Times
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the carrier.

7. Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Incorrect Address
Please carefully check your shipping details when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, we will first initiate an investigation with the carrier. Once more information is available, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

10. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can request a return label by emailing info@louqa.eu.

The product must, where reasonably possible, be returned in its original condition and packaging.

We reserve the right to charge a reduction in value if the product has been used or damaged.
